How we handle personal data when you browse, contact us, request a quote, or place an order.
1. Data controller
UHD Archive is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us through the contact form or at sales@uhdarchive.com. Our website address is uhdarchive.com.
2. Personal data we collect
- Contact data: name, email address, telephone number, and company name if supplied.
- Order and delivery data: selected product, address, country, delivery terms, order notes, quotation, transaction status, and correspondence.
- Technical and security data: IP address, country inferred from the network request, browser and device information, request timestamps, and security logs generated by our hosting provider.
- Payment status: transaction references and payment confirmation needed to manage an order. Card number, security code, and card credentials entered on our payment form are sent directly to the payment provider, never to our servers, and are not stored by UHD Archive.

4. Who receives personal data
We share only the data necessary for the relevant service with trusted categories of recipients: website hosting and security providers, email delivery providers, payment service providers and financial institutions, shipping brokers, carriers and customs agents, professional advisers, and public authorities where disclosure is legally required.
Some recipients may process data outside your country. Where cross-border safeguards are required, we use the mechanism required by applicable data-protection law and limit the transfer to what is necessary.
5. Retention and security
We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to respond and handle follow-up. Order, transaction, tax, accounting, warranty, and dispute records are retained for the periods required by applicable law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Data is then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized where appropriate.
We apply proportionate technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted connections, credential separation, and service-provider controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Cookies and third-party resources
The storefront does not intentionally use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. Essential technical processing may be performed to deliver pages, protect forms, remember short-lived checkout state, and operate secure payment. Third-party services loaded by the site may receive standard network information needed to deliver their resources.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including Article 11 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 where it applies, you may ask whether your personal data is processed; request access, correction, deletion, or destruction; learn the purpose of processing and recipients; object to certain processing or automated outcomes; and request compensation where unlawful processing causes damage.

We may update this notice when our services or legal duties change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
